When reheating food, it never taste the same, a tip to you I got was to use low sodium chicken stalk and spalsh a little on the food before reheating and you will revive that last nights meal that you loved so much.

It’s the weekend and I know we all can’t wait for our favorite junk food. Let’s think smart and don’t over load our cheat day. Try eating your cheat meal before 4pm so that your metabolism can still break it down faster than our meals that we have at 10pm. Practice cutting out the habbit of eating so late. You will see a drastic core improvement.

Try this out. 2 sets of each exercise and time yourself at a minute for each one and 20 seconds rest between each Untill u do all 3.
Reverse crunchies, sit-ups & bench elbow plank.
