I have been stuggling wiyh getting consostant wiyh my work outs and also getting the energy and motivation to continue and stay on track. My body needs consostancy . I also have been trying so hard to see rresults that I also tend to cheat if I can’t feel or see the results. I am good for a month and still dnt loose anything. Anything or any advise u caN give would help!
