A salad does always sound like the best choice in healthy meals to eat for lunch, we feel great about ourselves and almost proud that we ate healthy, in most cases I would disagree. Now if you know you ran out of the house and drank nothing but coffee, chances are after that salad your body will be hungry and low in energy. Now let’s start eating right and get some complex carbs in our meals.
